Propcycle Fan Upgraded with Ball Bearings

I was tired of my noisy fan on my Propcycle, so I upgraded it by replacing the nylon bushings mounted in rubber with ball bearings in aluminum. The result is a much quieter better running fan.

Milling out an Arcade Control Panel

I have a Marvel vs Capcom what is in a PVG/Semco (Hannaho) cabinet. The control panel is made from very thick MDF. I use a Smithy BX-288 to mill out the panel to sink the joystick base into it.

Tips on removing vinyl artwork from an arcade game

This Galaxian I picked up for really cheap, the wood is in great condition, although the artwork was destroyed when someone converted it to another game and painted over the vinyl.

Adding a power jack to a battery powered device

I add a power adapter plug to a device that never had one. The connector I used will disconnect the battery when it is plugged into the power adapter.

Fixed rattling coin mechs in Donkey Kong

The coin mechs in my Donkey Kong cabaret arcade cabinet would rattle whenever Donkey Kong jumped and made the booming sound. This was because on a Cabaret cabinet the mechs are right next to the speaker. I used some foam to deaden the sound and it fixed the problem.
